This theme is based on the Japanese anime
"Galaxy Fraulein Yuna." You can learn

This theme is best viewed at 800x600,
and at 16-bit high color or greater.
The icons are best viewed at the large
icon setting (48x48).

It should work on Win95/98/NT OS. A theme
installer is required, and I do recommend
Desktop Themes from Left Side Software,
which can be downloaded from
www.freethemes.com.
